What is meant by "collective transfer"?
This is the transport of several people to / from different starting points, which are close to each other.


What is meant by "individual transfer"?

How can I book my transfer?

You can also book your transfer in any good travel agency.


How long in advance can I book and can I book short-time?
Of course you can book at any time - we recommend you to book you transfer as soon as you got your travel documents or details.
We accept your booking up to 72 hours prior to depature Short-time bookings are usually no problem, but only through notification by phone.


How long is the booking center available?
Our booking center in Salzburg is available for by phone or e-mail 24 hours a day - also on holidays.


Can I cancel my reservation / booking again?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before your transfer takes place; from 4 to 2 days we will charge 50% of the transportation fee, less than 2 days 100%.


How are the prices calculated?
The rates are calculated on the basis of zones.

Are there any discounts?
Yes, there are different discounts for groups and children - please use our inquiry form to ask for our quotation.


Are child seats provided?
Of course we provide child seats for our younger passengers (EUR 7.50/pc.) . If you state the exact age and number of your child(ren), we are automatically provide an appropriate child seat for your child(ren).

How much luggage can I carry on the tranfer?
Per person 2 pieces of luggage are free of charge. Excess baggage must be declared at the time of booking.


Can I take bulky items ?
Bicycles, golf bags, diving gear and other bulky baggage must be notified at the time of booking.


Can I bring my dog?
Yes, but it must be notified at the time of booking.


How do I meet the driver at the airport?
The meeting point for your return transfer is the "SMS transfer service" counter in the central area in Terminal 1of ​​Munich Airport. Please go to our counter immediately after arriving.
At all other airports your driver expects you with a name tag just after the baggage claim and passport control.


What happens if my flight is delayed?
With delays your driver will wait for you either, or rebook you on the next appropriate transfer.
